Amenities
North Point Manor will be home to several amenities not found in other complexes. Our vision is to have several health services including an on site medical and dental office, massage and chiropractic services, and a hair and nail salon. Leisure amenities will include facilities such as exercise and game rooms, a theatre, library, and walking path featuring a garden and gazebo. An on site coffee shop, convenience store, dining room, and shuttle service round out an attractive list of amenities.
Services
We believe that you should be able to stay in your own home as long as you wish. That’s why we offer several helpful services. They include meals in the dining room, housekeeping, laundry, and help with medication, mobility and bathing. All of our services are available a la carte and can be added or removed so that you are in control and can gain assistance when you need it.
Facility
North Point Manor has been designed to maximize the comfort, mobility, and accessibility for our residents. Our stair free plan includes wide hallways and doorways throughout.
Choose from one of our layouts (designs available soon) for your new home. Options include a studio suite, two one bedroom options, or a spacious two bedroom option. Each unit includes a full kitchen with appliances, walk in closet, full ensuite, laundry, raised ceilings, and access to your own patio.
Financing
Our model for North Point Manor is a Life Lease. This is similar to a purchase, where the owner has the exclusive right to a unit indefinitely, with the option to sell it back should circumstances change. Financing options are also available so that only a portion of the cost of the suite needs to be paid up front. Extra amenities and services as listed above can be adjusted as needs and finances changes.
